hi, i’m coach jen reidy.

Jen is a 20+ year communications coach and a 12-year Marin County HS coach. Whether she’s working in the boardroom or the locker room, Jen loves partnering with individuals and teams to identify the skills needed to improve performance and create a foundation for continued success.  

Prior to starting Winning Mindset With Coach Jen, Jen founded Marin Moms Demand Action and has been a local and national gun violence prevention community organizer and spokesperson. She created Reidy Communications in 2001, a PR/Communications Coaching firm that works with clients such as Salesforce, Getty Images and Autodesk. Jen also founded Redwood’s field hockey team in 2015 and was instrumental in creating the North Bay HS field hockey league in 2018. She is a mother of two on/off athletes. In her “free time” she loves competing in tennis, hiking, running, skiing and baking killer oatmeal chocolate chip cookies.
